Ultimately, I help people identify their values, uncover their core/authentic self, and gain the courage to live congruently.  I use a person-centered and systems approach, interwoven with a personality typology framework.  The modalities I primarily use are IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).    

Our mission at J Atifa RN Support Services is to provide quality services and support families, parents, and caregivers of children with disabilities to develop or enhance support networks and access useful resources.

Our services include a virtual support group, nursing consultations, and independent nursing training and evaluation services that are eligible through the DDSD waiver program. Independent nursing services offered with the DDSD waiver requires a providers order and will serve those in Oklahoma, Cleveland, Canadian, McClain, Logan, and Pottawattamie counties.

Our resources include free one page handouts on the website with customizable templates and the book "Unexpected Experiences Beyond Autism" which not only discusses the owners personal journey with her son but includes resources and things learned along the way.
